Group Classes
Latin for Beginnners (Ages 11-13), Stoke D'Abernon Village Hall
1 hour after school (days and times TBC in August)
These classes are for those who are going into Year 7, or who have not done much Latin before. The goal is to acquire a strong foundation in the language.
The classes will strike a balance between ensuring the academic foundations are laid through translating increasingly challenging sentences alongside bringing the language to life through interactive games used to reinforce concepts.
Level Two Latin (Ages 11-13), Stoke D'Abernon Village Hall
1 hour after school (days and times TBC in August)
These classes are for those who have a strong foundation in the language already and would like to progress at a fast rate towards reaching a Level Two standard in Common Entrance Latin.
The classes will strike a balance between ensuring the academic foundations are laid through translating increasingly challenging sentences alongside bringing the language to life through interactive games used to reinforce concepts.
Level One Latin (Ages 11-13), Stoke D'Abernon Village Hall
1 hour after school (days and times TBC in August)
These classes are for those who have studied Latin before, have gained a foundation, and would like to progress towards reaching a Level One standard in Common Entrance Latin.
The classes will strike a balance between ensuring the academic foundations are laid through translating increasingly challenging sentences alongside bringing the language to life through interactive games used to reinforce concepts.
Classics (Ages 9-13 ), Stoke D'Abernon Village Hall
1 hour after school (days and times TBC in August)
These classes are for those who wish to learn more about the myths and cultures of the Ancient Romans and Greeks.
We will work through materials in a fun and engaging way and bring the Ancient world to life through drama, source analysis, critical thinking and interactive games.

Ancient Greek for Beginners (Ages 11-13), Stoke D'Abernon Village Hall

These classes are for those who are passionate about language and would like to progress with the goal of translating Greek myths from the original language into English. Some basic knowledge of Latin would be helpful (but not essential) for these classes as they will focus from the outset on grammatical concepts.

Class size 4-6: £30 per person/hour
Class size 7-10: £25 per person/hour
Class size 11-12: £22 per person/hour

Our group classes start in September and run during term-time.
